What kind of HP should i expect to gain out of a header change on a 2000 GT?

 

Headers alone? Or you addin a off road h or xpipe? Headers alone maybe 15, if you add x pipe and some nice muffs you could get as much as 20.

 

What kind of headers? Shorty, mid or LT? That does matter :P

Your best gains will be from a LT set of headers, Coupled with a new mid-pipe(You have to get a new midpipe).
Headers alone are pretty much worthless :P Unless you're planning for a Full exhaust in the near future. JBA Cat4ward headers claim 10-15 rwhp from their headers alone, and will mate to stock mid pipes.
