Default O/R X-pipe Problem

I have a 2000 GT and bought a pacesetter O/R Pipe (guess you get what you pay for) first a manifold bolt broke off and it was leaking bad, took it to an exhaust shop they had to cut the pipe and reweld it to make it fit on the driver side ($40) but it still sounds like a modified race car at a racetrack, I think the passenger side is still leaking, I tightened the bolts best I could, anything else I can do to fix it before I have to take it back to the exhaust shop

do you have a cat back or just the x pipe, i'm saying this cuz i installed the x with my stock mufllers and it rattled many times i thought it was a leak but wasn't, not a pretty sound but everything sounded good when i put my cat-back on

well check the fitment, i just remember that i had a similar problem also, it was in the driver's side though, i replaced my stock pipe with an bbk x pipe, and one of the bolts on the drivers side header made a big gap between the header and the pipe, my friend (mechanic) tried to get that bolt off but it was a bitch, we tried gaskets and everything but kept leaking so i had to take it to a mufler shop and they took the bolt off and put a new one that fixed it, hope my story helps of course i have an slp x now
