custom grind cam specs

Default custom grind cam specs

my custom grinds jsut cam in today and unfortunately im gonna have to get springs too so that was another $169 but the duration is 226/230, lift is 545, lobe is 113, what do you think of those specs for my car and has anybody in here put in springs themselves?

Wish I knew some more about cams. But any cam will sound good, and looks like that will give some nice performance gains.

Looks like that cam is inbetween a vt stg 1 and 2. Not sure what the lobe does, isnt the higher that is the smoother it will idle. If im right looks like a nice performance cam, that will be hard for someone to tell its not the stock cam. Kind of a sleeper. Now if im wrong correct me

yea they told me the duration was between stage 1 and 2 and the life between 2 and 3 they said it will have a fairly lopey idle but will drive really smooth im just worried about spring install now

oh my shop told me if i pull the heads and bring them in they can install the springs for about $100
