I was thinking about getting the BBK LT headers for my 04 GT. I was talking to a guy though and he said that you don't really need them unless you are running turbo or a supercharger. Is this true? He said there is really no HP gain from them without the power adder.

 

uh, no. Youll see performance gains n/a or f/i. However they'll be "amplified" with a power adder.

 

n/a you should still see gains of at least 10 rwhp id say. anywhere between 10 and 20. plus 5ish from the new midpipe...and maybe 2 or 3 from the catback.

i mean you dont NEED them, but then again you dont NEED a Mustang GT

 

Full Exhaust - LT, Midpipe, Catback you will see around 20-25rwhp. sometimes more...

 

I didn't see much of a gain, however my car needs tuned handheld or dyno... I think its running way to lean. I'm just waiting till i supercharge it here soon though.

Anyways its worth it just for the sound.... i love them.
