I have a 97 gt and when i shift hard it feels like my transmission is getting thrown back and forth. Its usually if im flooring it in first and then press fast on the clutch, i hear a clunk sound and again when i shift and floor it in second. Is this just what happens or are my trans mounts shot?

 

sounds like a mount. fairly easy to replace though
