Default subframes

Well getting MM subframes welded in tomorrow and a SVT Focus fuel pump and doing my a/f. Anyways just wondering if you guys have any feedback on full length subframes. Obviously they don't hurt but did you notice anything spectacular like at the track or just handling in general?

Anything spectacular? No. With the subframes on my 00 GT the ride seems a tad stiffer, but hardly noticeable. I haven't really whipped around corners lately, but, like you said, they can't hurt.

well the car doesn't go sideways anymore and hangs on the corners really good now. i got the MM full length ones so they are top of the line and i can definetly tell they are there. only down plus is that they weighed a ton though the weight is spread out evenly throughout the car so atleast its not on the front end.

I thought my MM full lengths made a significant difference in the handling department. I'm talking street and not track and seems to handle much better now.

steeda has subframes, torque boxes, and cross brace for like $139 or something... just a lil fyi... you will notice that your chasis wont twist as much coming off the line. there a very good mod.

That is excellent, they are zinc plated. I guess Steeda doesn't mind poisoning their customers.
Remember to weld zinc plated stuff in a very well ventilated area. Or better yet get the MM non coated parts and paint them when you are done.
