Default 315's really do need modifications.

Alright I had to remove my quad shocks and oval my exhaust tips to make my tires fit.... Then I went to tech school for a while, havent had much time on my new wheels and tires... But now my rear fenders are shreading my tires!! I need to roll the fender lip, has anyone done this before? I know there is a tool to do it, theres a shop here that rents it out but some import user has had it for a couple weeks so hopefully I can get it soon before my wheels get shreaded worse. Heres the tool, http://www.tirerack.com/accessories/tools/fenderlip.jsp if anyone has the same problem. I know I can use a baseball bat for the ghetto way of doing it. But I dont want to crack any of the paint. Has anyone done this before, and how much can I roll the lip before I have a serious chance of cracking the paint? So much for the no modifications needed for 315's... I know the Goodyear F1's ru really wide, so I think thats the reason for my problems..... Take a look.

I'm looking at the picture, but I can't see where the tire is all that close to the fender lip. Are both the same way?
