Anyone install the honeycomb trim trim on the trunk? Is it hard? what is invovled and does it come out good or does it look like it is completely out of place?

i think it only looks good on some colors, and it is pretty easy to install.

They look sexy on silver. I want one but cant find it in my heart to spend that much money on a piece of plastic.

IMO it doesn't look good on coupes, but on a vert with the top down it looks ok.

I have a white GT with this honeycomb panel you re talking about and i love it. It was hard to spend that much $$ on plastic but it breaks all the white up and looks very nice, i would post a pic but i havent been able to figure that out yet. One of my best mods In my opinion

Does it look like it was factory or can you tell it was put on after market? Factory as is lines up even and fits snug and no F ups in the product.

i like it but like they said expensive...and its kinda wierd if you have a grill delete cuz the whole point of was to match the honey comb grill and scoop grills...if you have the stock grill do it...if you have a grill delete i say go grap a can of 4 dollar flat black spray paint and tape off the trunklid and emblems...and do it yourself (if you don't mind it being permanent)...plus it looks smoother

I would pass for your car/color. Nothing else on your car is really that black

The guy I bought my car from had it done and I love the look. I personally would not spend the money but it does look like it was done at the factory.
