When was the last time they were replaced? Is there any wear on them, they could be lined up a little off.

i know in my first newer body silverado, i took it off-road in a bunch of mud and water, and for the next year or so, the AC pulley squeaked when the ac was off, and when the ac was on it squeaked even worse
