ceramic, it helps keep the finish intact and also provides insulation.

ceramic coated for the win but they will be more expensive. and the chrome will discolor no matter what they say.

i mean the price difference between the chrome and ceramic is pretty significant, is thier a big downside to the chrome beside them discoloring?

do you think heat wrap would be a suitable replacement instead of the 100+ more ceramic?
