What would you guys go for if you had roughly 1800-2000$ to spend. Already have full exhaust with headers, also already have short throw shifter. Im looking for more HP and speed. suggestions?

 

get new heads.....well that is if its lower than a 99 anyways otherwise get a nitrous dry kit, a good tune and suspension mods!

 

umm i just say keep on savin so you can get a SUPERCHARGER

 

yeah i dunno ive been thinkin about that alot but its prolly take me a whole year and a half (maybe longer) to get that kinda money, and my dad would bitch about it even though its MY car. Any other stuff thats on the cheaper end within 2000$ to boost up my speed or HP?

 

you would be amazed by the differance you will feel wiht a good suspension. if you wana shave a good amount of time off your 1/4 i would do suspension than get new rearend gears (410 being ideal) along with some wide srteet tires(mickys??),. yeah its cool to be able to say "dude i got 400 HP i there " but if you cant get it to the ground it dont mean ****!

you would prolly have enough there for a good h.c.i setup as well. by getting a head/cam/intake setup, your also putting yourself in a good position to build more in the future.

 

you should just get cams and heads but i would go with the blower.

if u want something for about a quarter of the price ur willing to spend then spray it.

yeah im his brother.. he got a corvette and sold the stang to me.. ive always wanted one.. im pretty happy.. hopped right on here im trying to learn some new cool stuff, cause i dont know much.. not gonna lie

 

buy 4.10 gears and GT40 heads.
