I know that my motor and the mach 1 motor can only take up to about 450 hp, so what do you think would be worth more in the end...

Drop a new engine in.

Or buy a used cobra?

Now i know that the new engine would be ALOT cheaper but over all what would be better in the end?

 

I would go with an 03/04 cobra.

 

if u can afford the insurance on a cobra, go supercharged cobra, the motor is already forged

What i did have planned originally, was to keep this mustang i have now (store if of course when i go to college) and then when i get older and have more money...mod the hell out of it.. but thats where the problem of the motor only being able to withstand 450 hp

 

if you want to put down rediculous power numbers for cheap sell the stang and buy a ls1, but 450hp isnt exactly slow in my book.

 

lol 450 is not slow i agree to that, but i don't think i could go over to the dark side and drive a ls1

 

look for a wrecked cobra and yank the motor and tranny an drop them in the GT?

if you can get the cobra they are bad i got to drive an 04 man is that a car very fast
