Dyno rates vary, usually $75-150 for 3 pulls and the A/F meter is usually a 10 dollar extra.

As for a chip - I really don't know. From what I've seen people say, around $175-250 for a chip.

 

Damm. I was thinking my quote of 250 for a dyno with a/f and a single custom tune was a deal.

I hate living here when it comes to local shops.

 

i am in central tx and i got quoted 3 pulls for a hundred. but i have a friend who works for a shop in my home town and i can get them for 20 a peice. i would imagine tuning will vary with the amount of work the tunning takes. as far as automotive work most shops ask 60 per hour so this may be a baseline

 

I got a custom tune from J.W. from SCT for $85. They strapped my car down.... I didn't get a chip...he just reflashed my computer. I need to have another tune now, & will need one by the end of the summer as well, but by Christmas I hope to be done already, so I can start saving for the Z06!

$125.00 and hour to rent the dyno and another $75.00 an hour to tune. thats not including the chip...

 

if i am not mistaken, there are a couple of diablo tuners down south that way that are really good. contact diablo and ask if where there are located
