Default How Much

Well im looking in to some high performance cams on my 02 gt. I was wondering around how much it would cost and should I even get them since I have an automatic? I'm looking for something that will make a difference in hp. I already have a magna flow cat back exhaust, super chip ,and K and N cold air intake.

get gears and a mid pipe, just to name a few things. worry about the cam later would be my recommendation.

I have heard 4.30's at a times for auto, just depends on who you ask. think the auto's run a 100 rpm more than the manuals, if im not mistaking. 4.30's would be calc about 2700rpm at 70.
let someone chim in that has an auto, but dont think you could go wrong with 4.10's

edit: not sure if the auto is a 4r70w(std or wide)

Cams are not worth the $$ for just a few hp and some badass sound unless you get a real mild cam. At which point, your idle will be not nearly as lopey as you probably want and your gains will be like 20hp. Get a blower. For the money you cant go wrong with the gains. Get the cams later as a supporting mod for the blower after you have built your motor so you can sping that bitch up high enough to use the extra topend HP. Trust me, save your pennies for the blower....unless you want to stay N/A. Even staying N/A you would want to get all the intake mods including ported heads and exhaust mods like headers before you get the cams. And you may want to build your shortblock before you get the heavy street cams.
