Default AC Condensor

Well not to long ago i had to have the whole AC unit replaced and costed me ~700 dollars at the ford stealership and all. I was looking under my hood a few minutes ago while the car was running with the AC OFF and the condensor is trying to spin like it half engaged or something. Is that normal or is something wrong. I have a 1 year warranty on all that work. Its also squeaking again. I can get a video if needed to show what im speaking of.

I just recently had my A/C replaced too. When it's off, there's nothing running from the A/C system (from what I can hear). However, I do have that squealing problem. It seems like the belts only squeal when I first start the car and I suddenly rev the engine. After it warms up the squealing doesn't happen.
