Default installing a new pi intake

i am going to put a new pi intake on me 97 GT(going to change the heads also).the intake i bought is the new model with the aluminum cross over but the one i have on now is the one all plastic(but one that was suposed to be inproved compare to my first one who burst)
is it a simple swap or is there bracket i will need to change?some kits on the net are selling brackets with the intake so...

thanks

well if you are doing the head swap at the same time, the manifold will bolt right up, and it should come with the alternator bracket and whatever else you need.

Wow thats a sweet deal for the heads. Where did you get em from? Cams and springs too? You shouldnt pay anything over 100 bucks for the intake though. I know there is quite a few on ebay going for less.

you can buy complete kit with new heads including gasket and everything.this is way more expensive but my heads are used so...and when you dont mind going to the auto part store to buy the gasket and things like that,it is a lot cheaper.pi heads are easy to find on ebay and usualy sell for around 200$
but my swap should not cost me more than 500$ including shipping and all what i need.
