Clutch issues continue...What do i need to solve!?!?

Ok, so i went back to the shop and the guy was going to adjust the cable and of course, like i told him before, there is no way to adjust. SOOOOO, what do i need so that as i raise the pedal off the floor, the clutch will engage sooner than it is? I have no clue as to what the clutch qudrant does and understand how the adjustable cable works, but i think i need both of these in order to do it. Am i correct in my conclusion? Thanks!

I don't get the question...

what year do you have?

Clutch quadrant merely takes the slack out of your stretched cable or helps to reduce the amount of travel of the pedal as your clutch wears out....

I want the clutch to catch sooner as i let the pedal out...right now i let the clutch out nearly all the way and then it finally catches....I want it to catch closer to the middle of the pedal travel...thanks

The only way I can think you can accomplish that is by moving the point on the clutch pedal assembly where the cable attaches, further away from the fulcrum (pivot point)
