Default RE: tires

are the 99 + rims 9 in ? what could happen if the tire is to wide for the rim. besides not fit. lol cause i was lookin at some 275 nittos and i was wondering if they would be ok . is there any danger in getting an over sized tire. and how much does it improve traction over the 245
