Default solid lash adjusters

I have seen a few threads about these but was wondering if anybody has actually installed them. I hear they add up to 30hp and am interested since i will be upgrading my springs and cams in a couple weeks and I like to do like upgrades all at once to lessen the work.

No the stock our engines come with hydraulic lash adjusters.... Heres a sticky on it. I am building a 4v mabye I will put them in, and I will tell you how it works.. I would just like to know how frequently they need to be adjusted?
