Default Convertible Top Boot Storage

Hello.

I have a 98 Cobra and I was wondering if the convertibles came with a bag to store the top boot in? Right now I am able to fold up the corners of the boot and tuck them under the elastic straps, then store the whole thing upside down in the trunk. Can it be rolled or folded up for storage? I am afraid to ruin it.

I have a 2000 GT convertible. There is no way I would fold the boot up anymore that it takes to fit it in the trunk. Even then, it takes a while to open back up. Know what I mean?

I "store" mine in my garage, & leave it in there too much of a pain in the *** to stick on & then stow in the trunk when the top is down.. takes up waaaay too much space.

The last/only time I ever used it was to take this sig pic lol

I agree with everyone. I rarely use it. And mine never fit right from day one. I had to jury rig mine to fit right and I am always afraid it will fly off while I am going down the highway.

Is the boot rolled up in the bag, or is the boot flat with the edges folded in?

When you get caught in the rain, how easy is it to take off the cover? Can it fit inside the car with the top up?
