I always used Amoco/BP. Never a problem with their gas. I heard a while back from a mechanic that citgos gas isn`t the greatest. It will gum up your injectors in time.
all thoes big name brand gas companies are all the same ****, just a different name on it.
2000 bitches!
Essentially, he's correct. They are all about the same on quality. The difference is the selling point, the gas station. Try to target ones built, or upgraded, within the last 5 years. Their tanks will be solid and their equipment for managing condensation will be in better shape. It's usually the station itself that will have the issues with fuel. Older stations will have more sediments in the tank than newer ones. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure that out. Hell, Larry Holmes could put that together.
I support exxon because they dont have arab's selling gas for them[8D]
Can you say "racist"?
Since this is a thread about gas stations, I was wondering if the following statement is true: "Don't fill up at the same time a station has a gas truck refueling the tanks".
I've heard this is due to sediments being disrupted at the bottom of the tank and getting dirty gas.[&:]
