Default Cobra Clone..

Im curious to see what the difference is cosmetically between a 2000 gt and a 2000 cobra.

Im buying a completely stock 2000 gt and am just looking to do a complete engine dress up, vortech cupercharger, some other bolt on stuff and some suspension upgrades.

I need to know whats different height wise, interior wise and exterior because i want to make it look like a cobra inside and out.

Thanks for all your help again.

Obviously the front bumper is different, cobra badging, the motor is a 4 valve, the interior is nicer (cool seats), and the rear bumper says "cobra" idk. those are some of the basics.

I must warn you. You're not gonna make many friends with this post. Why not just buy a Cobra? It'll save you the cash in the long run.

Their was no 2000 Cobra in the US [8D]

its ok to use Cobra body parts but don't put snakes on your car if its not a Cobra...that bothers me.

there was a cobra in 2000. It was the Type"R". That thing has the 5.4 4v engine. No a/c or radio and only 300 were made. This is a 2000 cobra r

Well actually, the first picture is a 'concept' picture. It was a picture taken before the car was actually released. The picture I took at nationals was of 2 (the other 1 can be seen in the background) that were from a Ford museum. There were two 2000 Cobra R's, two 1995 Cobra R's and a 1993 Cobra R, along with a 94 Pace Car 351, in that row. All told, I saw 3 true 2000 R's and prolly 10 clones, that had everything to match other then minor details. (Motor, fascia was not 2 piece, exhaust, etc)
