Default whats going on?!

Ok so on thursday i was just driving around at a normal pace, cruising about 55 in 5th gear. All of a sudden i hear an oh so familiar pop, and then the annoying ticking of a spark plug blow out! So this is the second time in one month that thi crap happens to my car. Any reason why it keeps happening? I've heard these 4.6's are notorious for it, but not sure? I'm so fed up with this car!!! I'm gonna sell it and buy a toyota or something!

The tune up was done at ford like 4,000 miles ago. I'm guessing they use the ford motorcraft ones, right? I'm just so fed up with this car.

it happens if you over torque them. or cross thread...

can happen on any block, but since the plugs only go in 4 threads on our block, and other 4.6's, and some 5.4's....its more likely to happen.

the plug does need to 'breathe' to let out heat...over tightening them doesnt allow this, which makes them POP.
