Default Detaling Poll!!!

Recently I did a full detail on my 2k3 mustang gt. Clay bar, meguiars polish, meguiars nxt wax. The only thing is that I did this by hand and I have great things about the porter cable. I have a little orbital buffer is this thing any good? What are your guys thoughts? So lets see what everyone's favourite wax and methods are.

I posted this in the detailing forum but got no replies

An orbital buffer will not do as well as a PC. A PC is actually oscillating not just orbital. However, a buffer will produce a better shine then hand waxing and take less time. There's a lot into detailing. It's not just washing and waxing. There's glazes, compounds, coating, etc etc etc. A full detail job would take nearly all day.
