Default Midpipe Install

I just got my Mac offroad X-pipe in. Before i got under my car i was wondering how hard it is going to be to install the MILs and the extended 02 cencors(which u have to do on 03s). Im assuming its all easy bolt-on? Anything i need to look out for? thanks

installing the mils and O2 is easy just unplug, then plug all togher. loosening the nuts on the passanger side holding the midpipe to the manifold is the hard part. I would suggest soaking them possibly overnight in wd 40, liquid wrench or some penetrating grease like that.

if WD40 don't work you may have to use heat. The passenger manifold to midpipe connections are usually the biggest PITA and you have to take the 02 out first.

Make sure you soak the bolts in something to loosen them up or your going to trying to take that thing off forever.

Pb blaster works miracles, I had some trouble with the bolts when I did my exhaust, but that stuff loosened them up so much I could have undid them with my fingers.

+1 on the pb blaster-soaked the bolts on the manifold collectors for like half an hour-came off like butter-ur gonna need a swivel joint and a lot of extensions-probably about 12-15 inches worth
