Default Magnapacks (Magnaflow) vs. Ultra Flo (Dynomax)

For a bone stock '04 GT 5 speed., which would you get? Both are stainless steel and direct OEM replacements. Which of these exhausts are deeper and throatier, not necessarily LOUDER. I've used Dynomax on V8s before and it sounds great, but I'm wondering if the Magnapacks will sound better. A hypothetical question of course, I dont own a Mustang yet, but I'm already thinking of the mods. Borla and Bassasni maybe a bit too expensive for just a catback. Also I read some folks on here say those exhausts can make the Mustang sound more like an exotic rather than that of V8 american muscle.

I have never hear ultra flo's, but i do have magnapacks and they sound amazing, listen to magnaflows sound byte. they sound like that but louder. and the thing i love the most about them is they have pretty low interior resonance but they are still loud out side the car

I put the magnaflow Cat back on mine and it's a different car now! My coolness quotient went throught the roof!! I especially like to pull up to a ricer with a bunch of bass pumpin and make them shut their windows!.. Especially nice with the windows down going onto a highway. mUsic to everyones ears

I've noticed that Dynomax are not as common on these forums. Most have either Flowmaster, Bassani/Borla (if you have alot of $$), Magnaflow, MAC or SLP. I'm trying to stay away from the chambered type muffler so it looks like Magnapacks it will be. The Dynomax may be a good exhaust, but I'm wondering how loud the Ultra Flos are. From what I've read the Magnapacks are PLENTY loud enough.

if your goal is not "I want to be as loud as possible", then yes, they will be plenty loud enough.
