Default Mod power gains

Hey ya'all I bought my first two mods, K&N CAI, and a 75mm TB/ Plenum, with these two first mods should I expect to see a HP gain? and feel it? even if it's just a little bit?

I would expect to see 5-10 hp max, don't know if you'll be able to feel it though, maybe a little bit if you pay attention really hard. Those mods are really meant to go together with other mods.

next mod is more then likely going to be a tuner so I can tune my shift points on my auto.. I feel that will give me the biggest gain at this point and then I can worry about gears next. or save up and by them both as a package.. but I really just want a tuner first, and then once I get my gears I can tune them with the tuner

TB/plenum should be around 5-8rwhp... CAI maybe 5rwhp...

That's a pretty generous number for the CAI. I would say you'd normally get 1-2 hp depending on your setup, but I may be wrong. If you're F/I you'd get more.

depends on the CAI... I had the FIPK Gen II and saw another mustang with it on a dyno that got i think it was 4rwhp before tune... with the tb/plenum he will get more because the air isn't bottlenecking anymore...

That seems to make sense. Either way, it's a nice little shiny piece to add to the engine bay

and you wont really feel the differance... sorry, that part of it sucks - you will notice it, but won't feel it if that makes sense, lol - I couldnt feel the tb/plenum power in my 2v, but i noticed i was going faster on the speedo, lol with no differancei n how much pressure i was applying, lol
