Default stroker kit for 99-04 mustang

ok is there a 5.2 stroker kit for the 4.6 years 99-04?If so what would be the price on that, labor price/hours.And what is involved in this? And of course what kind of horsepower increase would i see. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.I have about 4500 dollars to spend including labor price,so im trying to see what is better.

I believe the biggest kit is the 5.1L big bore kit.

At this point, the gains would be extremely minimal, and it would be impossible to get it all installed and setup for 4500 bucks.

If you have an honest 4500 bucks to spend get a blower. Even if you cannot install it yourself there are several shops that will do a install+tune+parts for this price.

MPH quoted me 600 to do my install, but I just did it myself in my garage. It honestly was not that hard to do.

That entire thread was about how the complete kits that cost around 3800~ are better than the 3000~ dollar ones you have to peice together. It lists all of the differnces in there.

The 5.1 is gonna make almost no power on your current engine. Basically the stroker/big bore kits are for cars that have worked h/c/i. Think lots and lots of money.

In any case, stroker and big bore kits do not seem to be very popular with the 4.6L crowd. I don't know if it is all the extra cost, or just people are not seeing very good gains.

Putting the vortech kit from MPH on a completely stock car, and you are looking at 360+ to tire. With your mods you should see 380-390 with 10 PSI on their kit.

It's $4400. Sell your 4.6 to pay for the computer and hood. Then save your money and put a supercharger on the 5.4.

i live in louisiana,i have no experience with fuel injected and computerized cars so id have to bring it to a shop, shops in louisiana either dont exsist or there a fortune an hour. And there are no wrecked cars around my area that i can get used and most engine places are around cali, and i live way down south in louisiana so shipping is insane.
