Is this as much labor as installing a catback or harder? Would a shop give me a hard time installing an offroad H even if I have the MIL's..?

no its not hard at all, if u can jack ur car up enough its not hard, just some bolts.

no you shouldnt need them. install is easy, you might need PB buster, or rust remover, ,depends on how your bolts are. Some shops wont install o/r pipes because it is illegal, but if you have some jack stands and some tools man you can do it.

I like it, I love the stang, but I love having the extra room in the truck. I have only had it about 6 months though. other than 16mpg its great.

i hear ya, i had one like urs, it was a 98, i like it too, lots of room man, nothing like these mustangs.
