Y remove the air silencer? Where is it? Wut does it do anyway?

its a snorkel on the intake and it adds a hp or two

Where is it exactly, i'll probably remove mine tommorrow Wut kinda sound does it add, louder exhaust or a noise from under the hood?

the snorkal piece that goes in the fender. it gives a throuty sound a little louder exuast tone aswell

its this piece of plastic conected to the stock intake heat shield, it goes through into the finderwall.
