Default Emission problem

My check engine light has been on for a little while. I took my car to Autozone to pull the codes off of the OBD2 and it comes up with p1401 and p1441. I have changed out the EGR Valve, and the EGR pressure sensor, but i still have the same problem. I haven't noticed any change in performance over the time that it's been on. I need to find out what i can do to fix the problem because emission time is coming up in the next month, plus i hate seeing the check engine light. Any input would help.

I had that happen a while ago, i dont remeber the code though but it looked similiar to yours. It was a valve and sensor(cant't remember the names, i will try to look it up though) It was like $90 or something from Ford for both of them and took about 5 min to install.

Look under your hood and make sure all connectors are plugged in. I unplugged an emissions part when I pulled off my plenum and had the same problem. It was next to the EGR valve and is black and looks like the top of it can be unscrewed like a cap! That's the best way I can describe it. Check that, because I got the same code!

Unfortunatly I have to pass emissions since it's a requirement in my county in Georgia in order for us to get our annual renewal tags.

did you reset the computer? also, if you cant figure it out, just unplug the battery for 5 mins, right before you get it inspected, cuz you gotta drive it like 15-30 miles in order for it to come back on.

also, did you get it checked after you replaced the parts? it might be throwing a different code now.
