Default Fun fun fun

Had some fun last night. Spend three hours getting the most possible advance and getting the perfect air fuel on the stang on 100 octane and got it to run perfect and then went out and had a little fun becuase its been so long. I pulled about 2 1/2 car lengths on a LT-1 trans-am, pulled about 5 on my buddies GLI (he had N20 and Meth turned off hahaha) i ran neck and neck with a buddy of mines mach one (he had me in the top though), pulled about a car length on a 96 cobra, pulled about an 1" 1/2 on another buddies 06 gt with h pipe, axle back and intake, smoked the $@!+ out of a turbo'd v-6 tiburon, got my @$$ handed to me by a Lotus Elise and two Terminators. I had fun. My car made it through the night. Good times.

Well it says a stock elise can do a 13 flat in the 1/4 and this guys was loouuuuddddd so it wasnt stock. It almost sounded S/C like it had a s/c whine to it. idk if he was s/c he would have pulled alot more than that.

Ben how do you tune your car for the optimum timing and AFR? With what gauges/equiptment? I have a 100 octane tune coming from Brenspeed but was wondering if you got a big enough difference to really feel. Mark

That vid didnt work. What was it? I tuned it using the Diablo tuner and the engine monitoring program on there.

I felt the difference. The car pulls smoother throughout the rpm range. I get a lot more top end as well.
