Default coilover question

I just need a confirmation. When doing front coilovers do you need to have aftermarket a-arms/kmember or can you use the aftermarket struts and coil over kit with the stock front suspension? thanks

You can use the stock k-member and a-arms. I have Koni adjustables with coil overs. if you dont mind me asking why do you wanna go with coil overs if you're not changeing your k-member or a-arms?

I had koni's with my KB setup as well. You should remember to install soem thorington bearings hwen doing this type of install to resolve some clunking sounds when turning your steering wheel and a complete stop.

I would just do the whole setup. You can get the whole coilover tubular k member a arm setup for not too much online.

Nichepi .... hey do you have aftermarket swaybars on your car? I have the tubular k member, a-arm, eibach front sway bar and 18x9 wheels. I can't turn the wheels all the way because it hits the swaybars. I dont know if its due to the bigger wheels and swaybars or its just my ****ty luck. lol.

I know the kit I bought came with the bearings. If you don't have them, you can pick them up at your local auto part store
