135 on I-240, first day i bought the car and last time i will ever go over 100 other then at a track... (very scary)

 

P Zero where do you live? Here in Houston if you make it to 80 on any of the highways thats a major accomplishment. LOL. Also you said yo ugot your car to 170? Thats probably alot faster than i want to go. LOL Not fair for you Quickshift_02GT you have ellis on your side. LOL

You pegged the needle in 5th gear and it was only 120? What kind of gearing are you running in that thing?

 

i've hit 135 a couple times but always end up running out of road. i know i can get 140 but i never have room

Fear itself, after you hit 120 how lond did it take you to reach 145? You were on I-10 coming from Baton Rouge? Everytime i go and visit family in New Orleans i always see tons of state troopers. Mabey on the 25 miles bridge over there i might try to top it out.

 

i hit 140 once, prolly wont ever do that again, i did it about a month and a half after i got my stang(had to get to know the car) just to test its abilitys

 

150 and it took a whiel to get there haha, but i had open road aloooong way ahead of me, and let em tell you....its traffic ahead approaches at lot faster at that speed, when u get closer to it lol

 

150 with about 300 more rpms to go
