It is not worth the cost of labor to just replace the throw-out bearing. You might as well replace the enitire clutch kit. If you think your linkage is a problem, you can just buy a Steeda Firewall adjuster and have it installed with the clutch. Even if the linkage isn't the problem, it's still good to have so you can adjust the cable if your clutch happens to get loose. If you are consistently missing shifts, it could also be the synchronizers. When you replace the clutch, some Royal Purple Synchromax Tranny fluid wouldn't hurt either. Repairing/replacing synchros can cost big bucks...so hope its not the problem.
Dustin, get a spec stage 2 if you want to run nitrous next year. Thats what I'll get once my stock clutch goes, gotta love the stock clutch with 400hp.
Man I dont know how the hell we bolted it but we did. It came off of a 96 cobra and it bolted on there fine. Another problem i noticed is my car is kind hard to get in reverse, it usually grinds and most of the time i got to double clutch to make sure its firmly in. I wonder if shifter is the problem since I do have a 3650 and I just found out steeda makes a diffrent shifter for the 3650
