how do u do it? i tried lifiting the pedel but that did nothing. can u tightin the bolt that is connectted to the rod

Nope its self adjusting. Only thing you can do is put it in first (car off) and tug on the clutch pedal upwards. Its a self adjusting quadrant

 

when i pull up on it i cant tell its doing anything.

 

Why are you trying to adjust it. Is it a replacement clutch ? Is it sliping ?

I believe the self adjuster is only to take up cable slack but it is adjusted first at the factory.

I'm not 100% sure but U should be able to adjust it just make sure its not just worn.

There is a rubber nut thing on the cable where it goes into the firewall. I have seen people turn it to give or take up the slack. This is similat to adjusting the hand brakes on a bike[8D]

 

no its not slipping i just wanted to move the actioation point

 

throw the damn thing away and get the steeda clutch quad. kit, I have it and am really pleased
