was buying a car with a JLT intake and x pipe/cat backs, it does not pass smog and options were to pay guy off to pass smog or take everything to pass then put back on. problem is i dont know if x pipe was o/r or not but in short i didnt buy it once they told me id have to pay an extra 1000$ to replace that stuff =x
yea last time i emailed JLT they told me it doesn't come with a C.A.R.B sticker. The only CAI that has paid emissions is K&N. Only one i have found so far.

You will probably not pass visual, depending on how thorough the tester is. I was lookin at your mod list, and again, depending on how thorough the guy is with the visual (and how well he knows mustangs) you will not pass with a catted X pipe either. (Visual, again) Ca. sucks. I have looked into replacing the cats with a single high flow unit on each side, and was told by multiple sources it is illegal to do so. YMMV. Good luck with it.
