wats up everyone? a couple weeks ago i shot out the pin that holds the axles in on my 00 gt took it apart today and wow i broke the carrier spider gears everywhere broke it pretty good was in process of putting new gears carrier 31 spliine axles and found that the rear housing is bent bent like a banana is there anyway on straighting this out or if u know anyone who has just the housing itslef please let me know

would love 2 but on limited budget i just need the housing nothing else i got everything else

the best thing to do is to not drive your car so dammed hard that you mess up the strongest part of the vehicle (drive train)

I've never seen any backyard method to straighten an axle housing, but hey, maybe there is. I'd recommend taking it to a shop and have it straightened and fully welded. If you can afford it, that is a good time to install C-clip eliminators. Sorry, but I don't think there is a cheap fix here.

yea i realized it... and i had to bit the bullet and bought a moser rear axle housing so there really was no cheap alternative 600 bux blower but hey atleast it should be able to hold up to just about anything i throw at it
