This is straight from the webstie of sctflash.com. I'm sure that's where you saw them. I didn't know they had the other one out. It shows it's new. Look slike the main difference is you can pre-load 4 tunes along with storing the factory settings where the Xcal 2 you can only store 3 plus the factory.

Definately. More features for tuning. More reliable with our cars. Seems more dealers are SCT dealers than diablo dealers. It also depends on who you have available in your area!
