A friend of mine had this pop out on him....is this some sort of bleeder valve or something....its comepletely broken.
Also what would this cause on the car...like would it not run...or possibly not boost....or??

Where the hose that attaches to it run to? Vacuum maybe?

 

yes they are one runs from the vaccum and one runs from the fuel pressure regulator....i think

 

Its probably just a vacuum canister type device. Just my guess though, I am no saleen expert. did you try the specialty stang forum?
