Default EGR problem

well the other day i finally got around to fixing a vacuum leak problem i had with my car (was too lazy to mess with it)
the whole time that was happening my car would top out at 136.
well after fixing it i got on the highway and decided just to do another top speed run (figured it would stop at 136)
the car hit 150 and scared me so i backed off

i finally got the thing home and it threw a check engine light. needless to say i thought it was just the same vacuum line that was busted. So i looked at all of them and one had a little hole in it. Well i put another rubber hose over it. reset the computer.

Well the check engine light came on again. so i took it to advance and the code said EGR insufficient flow. Now i have no clue what this means at all. In a few minutes i plan on ripping it off to see if somethings stuck in there or what it could be.

Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
