This is gonna sound like its not true...or just in my head. But it is.(tru....not jus in my head)

Today on the way home I noticed my check engine light turned off. (First time since head swap). So natrually I railed it. As the title says I SWEAR it felt like it had more power???(alot more).

Any ideas???

The codes it was throwing. were something about evap and low or no purge.

Depending on the code that is thrown the motor will run in a safty mode. That decresss power.

The check engine light go away, power come back. I noticed my car does it when the gas is real low and the low gas light comes on. Fill it up and it feels a lot different.

Your check engine light will go off after i think 4 warm up cycles if the problem has not happend in that time period.
