Default subframe connectors

How much will these help with an almost stock car and are they good to have with nitrous? Will it make my 1/4 mile times any better?

I just installed mine and they help with tractin a LOT. If you really want some traction get some lower control arms to go along with the subframes.

+1 Took out almost all the flex and you can feel it grab hard on the juice.
