Rumor question
Some poeple have been telling me that the 04 40th anniversary comes with more hp than any other GT. Is this true?? i have heard it from a lot of people, but no one ever gave me a true answer. Also i heard that they come with better suspension

Check the Mustangs history on the right side of this page. It says "Mustangs:" and then lists different body styles. Go to the New Edge and read the differences they made year to year. Interesting reading.

Well i am hearing the same thing that you are hearing too, but people with 02s and 03s are saying this about mine. I raced an 02 and he was pretty even with me but i was the better driver so i won. i got him by about 3 lengths

40th anniversary package is stripes on the appropriate colors (black, white, and that 40th anni. red) and wheels to match the stripes, inside you'll have floor mats that say "Fortieth anniversary", and little "Fortieth anniversary" plaques around the interior. There's NO performance difference, no suspension difference. The 40th anni. package was just visual, mainly on the exterior.

That's the only other difference I can think of. The 03/04 cobras all have the painted, fold-away mirrors too.
