Default OT please help!

I know this belongs elsewhere, but I stand a better chance of getting a responce from the OT crew.
I own a 2000 gt with 80k miles
Sometimes the idles stumbles/surges from 750-800 it just goes up and down and up and you get the point.
My thoughts are that I either need new spark plugs, clean the fuel injectors or clean the maf's
Has anyone else had this prob?? Even if you havent any Ideas would be helpfull
thanks.

Its probably your IAC vavle. but a new set of plugs and cleaning the injectors would prob help, I wouldnt touch the MAF, I'm pretty sure you don' neet to clean them, it will mess them up.

For a stock car with decent maintenance and no vacum leaks I would suspect the IAC
