lately i've been having a problem with my clutch getting slack in the top of it. the only thing that i know definatley puts slack in it is powershifting, but sometimes it just does it out of nowhere. the clutch usually goes back to being tight, but sometimes it takes 5 minutes and sometimes it takes 5 days. anybody have any idea about what i need to do to fix it? (other than not powershift)

What do you mean by "slack"? Does the clutch fully engage and you can pull the pedal out more when it does? What kind of clutch do you have? What kind of clutch cable do you have?
