Default What do I do next???

<FONT face="verdana, arial, helvetica" size=2>Okay everyone...I have done most of the mods (at least purchased the goods) that I can think of doing before I put a blower on my car (&amp; yes I said I'm going S/C it...I decided to $#@% n/a, &amp; S/C it next year). Here's what I have...Magnaflow cat-back, Bassani X-pipe, March Performance pulleys #1190, &amp; an Eibach Pro-kit 1.5in drop. I am going to order my Pro 5.0 shifter Monday<IMG src=smileys/smiley4.gif border="0">. I am also gonna get a set of Bassani headers (most likely midlength if they are not drastically more expensive than the Bassani shorties), and I am planning on finishing up w/a Deltachip. Is there anything else w/in reason that I can do to it besides gear it? I'm thinking about a port/polish this winter, &amp; let's not forget rims.

*I don't want anybody telling me about the $$$ envolved w/the headers...I've heard it...I still doing it</FONT></P>

I personally like the MAC shorty headers , and the diablo chip also , but head work and such is what I'd do first.

Is the port/polish really necessary? What are the benefits? How much does that usually costs?

IMO, I would go with LT's. I havnt seen a lot of numbers with the mid lengths but LT's are proven performers. Since you are going to SC it, get a bigger TB. Not much for NA but heard give nice gains in the SC arena. </P>

don't forget to upgrade your fuel as well. injectors and pump are a good idea. ignition would help but not needed. i'd get a nice heavy duty clutch, and the port and polish job would be helpful, and some intake manifold work as well. might give you an extra 25-50 hp. some control arms, (upper and lower rear)and some stabilizer bars might help too. these arent needed to safely s/c, but are deffinetly extra goodies worth a little money. <IMG src=smileys/smiley20.gif border="0"></P><edited><editID>BCisme</editID><editDate>37816.6013657407</editDate></edited>
