Default No Start

2001 GT 5spd. when i go to start it nothing happens...some very faint electronic clicking if you listen under the hood but nothing else. almost is acting like the clutch isnt depressed when i go to start it. any ideas? all other electronics work and i havent done any work or anything on it recently.
