Any regular X Pipe will do. As long as it doesnt say Shorty or Midlength your fine.

Cheap ones that are pretty decent $150-$250
O/R SLP
O/R Magnaflow
O/R VRS
O/R Dr. Gas
O/R Pypes
Catted Pypes

Catted X Pipes $350-$450
SLP Catted X
Magnaflow Catted X
EDIT - BBK Catted X

O/R Midpipes will set off the Check Engine Light Catted Midpipes will NOT. you have 2 options to fix that
1) Use Tuner to turn off 02 sensors
2) Use MIL Eliminators which are hit or miss... 50% chance of them working.

any of those stated above...if you have cats on it shouldnt trigger any lights...so that might be what your looking for...and you pass emissions

Actually You wont the mid pipe to say for shortys. You dont want one that says for LT, long tube. only reason i mention this is bc i have been shopping for a mid pipe and alot the ones that say shorty are for shorty headers(stock). This confused me while i was looking then i just started looking at the pictures and not the name. if its a long mid pipe that is the one

any of the sites that sell mustang parts will pretty much have em.

SCT Xcal 2 or Diablosport Programmer will both do the trick. Im getting an SCT Xcal 2 for my exhaust/tune.
