Default Engine Damage!!!!!!!!!

I just checked my oil today and there was hardly any at the end of the dip left, hardly any left probably close to nothing, I was worried and like to know my 2004 mustang gt has about 6100kms on it and if i drove it about 300 or 400kms with hardly any oil left in it there would be any damage to the engine, etc? Please respond to this and tell me if i have done harm to my car??? thanks

Agreed. I would change the oil and filter. Fill to suggested level and monitor it closely. See if your leaking oil anywhere.

Put more oil in it, see how it runs and go from there. If everything is fine, monitor your oil consumption and if you loose more than a quart between oil changes, something is wrong. Most importantly, calm down and take things one step at a time.

That aint right. Expecially in a 2004.

Pressure may be suffering & you may not be getting enough to where it should be.

Did you look UNDER the car??? Where is the oil comming from. Your not burning it...

I'd make the mechanic aware ASAP...fill her up with quality oil and monitor daily. Maybe you are lucky and nothing is wrong...if not, its time to go see Judge Judy.

UUUHHH YEAH, I would venture to say that your engine got F'd during that time of driving without oil.
